What are the legal restrictions for Airbnbs in the Cape Cod area?

Looking to see if anyone has any experience with this area?  And I'm wondering if they are legal.  Specifically wondering about using an Accessory Dwelling Unit as a full time Airbnb in Plymouth or Barnstable counties.

Let me know,

Yes, I have experience on Cape Cod with STRs and LTRs. STRs are legal in all towns on Cape Cod. Each town has different restrictions and regulatory requirements but overall are very welcomed and the towns already have a process in place to generate revenue from STRs. Regarding ADUs, check out the link with the ADU bylaws by town, broken down by the Cape Cod Commission
