Pigeon Forge area leased propane tank

Our new cabin has a large leased propane gas tank. They are charging $100/month for the lease.

They are setting it up for remote monitoring so that they come fill it when it gets down to 30%.

We only have 1 gas fireplace and nothing else uses gas.

Not sure how much this gets used in the winter.

Too high?

Other companies?

Alternative solutions?

Thanks in Advance!
