Short term rental mortgage

Hello All,

We have a mortgage as a second home . I signed the second home rider at the point of closing . Can I do short term rentals out of it . Can I give it to a management company . Can I get a W9 from the management company.i just don't want to refinance because rates are so high. What can I do or should be doing .
