Medium Term Rentals
I’m looking to rent a ROOM out as a MTR. It’s a 3 bed / 1 bath. Does anyone think sharing one bathroom with (say a traveling nurse) would be an issue for a MTR?

There may be some that would permit it, but not very common. Traveling nurse house is paid for by their employer. Whether it cost $500 a month or $1,500 a month does not impact the nurses' income, so there's no benefit to renting something cheaper. Most of them will want their own space.
