Hey some advice would be appreciated. Self manage a short term rental to property manager?

About todo my first but possibly have 4 units I can convert to short term if the first works out.

All my long term units are managed. What do you guys think? And if you think prop manager then any recommendations. Thanks

Pretty easy to self manage from your phone. The most important thing you need is a great cleaning service to handle turnovers and be your eyes and ears.
