Traveling for a year and debating on buying a primary

Hello all,

Here is the scenario. We own 6 properties we run str through. We are going to travel on and off for the next year and we are debating on buying a new primary to rent out while we are gone for months at a time. Looking at trying to get a hard money for the down payment or a dscr loan. Thoughts on this?
