AirBnB - Excessive AC use

Anyone have suggestions for strategies that could help elevate excessive AC use at a vacation rental?

Aware of any split unit system that has a motion sensor accessory that would turn-off system when unit is vacant?

We’re getting electric bills that are around $500, when normal use usually produces bills around $200
