Las Vegas Short-Term Rentals

Zach Thuney
Posted

Good afternoon BP community. I have been doing a lot of homework and been struggling to find the actual rules and regulation for Airbnb here in Las Vegas. I know the rules are changing in July but looking for more insight.  If anyone has some good information or connection that you would be willing I am looking for any help.

Stick to Henderson, NV. It's in the metro area and the rules are already in place. In Las Vegas it is currently illegal to STR your house. Those rules are being worked on currently, but no one really has any idea how strict the final rules will be.
