Coaches/Campers for Short Term Rental in San Diego County

Matthew Morris

Howdy Team!

I have a property that is in north county SD and am having 4 coaches moved onto it to use as air bnb's/short term rentals. I have seen first hand how hard COVID has hit the people in my community and want to be able to provide options to lower income groups.

I have estimated the total cost of purchasing all the coaches and running the appropriate power/water/sewer on the property to be ~$55k.

Q: what are my best options to NOT have to pay for the improvements/coaches out of pocket and what type of business would you recommend establishing for this?
