I am looking to start investing in STR in the Florida/Alabama/Georgia coasts. I know that there are restrictions against STR in certain counties and hoping that folks in this community can help me navigate where the best cities/communities are located for STR. I am open to SFH, Multi-family, Condos, etc. I look forward to seeing the areas and possibilities you all share.
