South FL - Investor-Friendly Realtor with STR Experience

Hey guys! My name is Matthew Estes. I am currently exploring purchasing a vacation rental as a second home in Southern Florida, both as a vacation home as well as a short-term rental investment. I have experience investing within traditional long-term buy and hold, but this will be my first venture both with out-of-state and STR.

I wanted to see if anyone in this group had any realtors that they have had positive experiences with in the past that they would recommend?

Some specific markets I am looking at are:

Marathon, FL

Apollo Beach, FL

Tampa, FL

Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Past experience working with investors would be ideal, and any short-term rental experience would be even better! Thanks for the help in advance!

Matt
