I am new to this area and looking to get into the market of short-term rentals. Looking for feedback from anyone already doing this and areas that work well in Memphis for this. I have been doing it in Colorado for the last 5 years and moving to a more affordable market now. Anyone who has a great short-term rental management company would be great as well.
