Hello everyone! My friend recently purchased a great property in Dignowity. All the numbers look like it should do really well as a STR. She applied for her permit and was denied and is getting ready for the appeal. I was hoping someone with some experience might be able to give her some advice and direction to increase her chances of successfully appealing the decision. Thank you very much for your time!
