Looking to Arbitrage

Hi BP family,

I have reached out to several investors and have talked to a few people, but nothing is set in-stone yet. I am looking for some fellow investors that have successfully Arbitraged in Indy? I am having no luck! I'd be open to hearing how you are doing it in your area as well, even if you aren't doing it in Indy.

Currently, we have POF for our first flip, but have been outbid each time.
We are saving for our first buy & hold.

And would like to arbitrage in the meantime.

THank you!
