Hello! Does anyone have a short term rental in Crystal Rivers? I am looking at this market and would love any information I can get. Is flooding a problem? Is the high occupancy rate I see on Airdna true? Are there conflicts between investors and the county about where/how much short term rentals there are? Any information is appreciated!
