Short Term Rental Arbitrage

Lisa Sperber
Posted

Hi All,

I am looking to start investing via STR Arbitrage. I started looking into Charleston, SC using AirDNA and though the returns look good, the restrictions are crazy.

Is there a location that works better for STR Arbitrage? I see that Orlando is a favorite for STR in general, does anyone have experience with arbitrage in that location or have recommendations for another location for startingn out?

Any guidance would be very appreciated!

Arbitrage isn’t investing. It’s a side hustle with high input and high risk. You aren’t purchasing an asset that can appreciate and that you can borrow against. You’re buying furniture.
