Twentynine Palms Rehab + Short Term Rental Financing

Hi! I have a deal tied up in Twentynine Palms and am looking for assistance with options to close in 14 days. Have committed investors covering 15% and will likely raise remainder all cash from friends & family, or private investors, but need more time to get it done. What are my best options to get money for purchase (<$200K) and rehab (~$100K)? I’m not a W2 so wondering what options may be best for some form of delayed financing and wondering how best to approach this with deposit and to close fast all cash.

If anyone has any resources to share in the desert area for financing, rehabbing, and property managing a short term rental please let’s connect! Thanks, Chad
