STR furnish and start up process

Hi everyone, 

Just went under contract on a 3/3 in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL and am setting up a STR for the first time. Any recommendations on interior/exterior design, photos, and overall setup is greatly appreciated. Completely willing and able to pay for the service to get this marketing process right.
