Short-Term Rental Thoughts

What are your thoughts on Short Term Rental "Condo Hotel" Properties?

If you don't know what these are, they are starting to spout up more & more especially in Florida. Basically is a condo that can also be managed as a hotel. The building has their own property management company that will handle all aspects of renting / maintaining the condo. Some have different preferences on how long the owner can live in the unit. Some only allow the owner to stay for 3 months, others are range.

Has anyone had experience with these condo hotels, and what do you think
