Vacation rentals, Florida’s golf coast

i’ve inquired About a few properties on Florida’s gulf coast. Not directly on the beach ,but a little inland .  Does anyone have experience with vacation rentals that can shed some light on, turnover, and management fees associated with short-term rental. Basically the good and the bad.  Thank you

All of the things you've mentioned are going to be highly property specific. My suggestion would be to find an area you want to focus on, connect with a local investor-friendly realtor, and then re-evaluate to see if those numbers still meet your goals for this investment
