Scottsdale Proforma Numbers Needed!

Hello Real Estate Community!! I'm looking for a few people in the Scottsdale AZ area. I'm hoping to attain a general average of the following expenses for or subject property!

Subject Property: 4-5 bedroom/3000-45000 sqft Single-family Home. With a pool. Sleeps 12-16 people. Home would be used for short-term rental, in hopes to have a 70% occupancy throughout the year. 

Expenses looking to attain for the subject property above: 

1. Monthly Electric Bill

2. Monthly Water Bill

3. Monthly Gass Bill

4. Monthly Home Insurance ( obviously would depend on property/insurer, but am looking for general real numbers.
