Co-Host/manager recommendation for Scottsdale

I have a friend who has a house in Scottsdale that is looking to hire out the management. He is busy and lives out of state. The house is in a nice neighborhood on a golf course that requires month long stays. The owner is considering hiring a typical property manager. I suggested looking for a co-host or someone that is currently successful at managing STR properties. Does anyone have any recommendations for companies they work with? Thank you!
