Vacation Rental Property Management

Hi, I'm new here.  Own two residential LT rentals but am considering a cabin rental business purchase (6 cabins).  They are very successful and the current owner is the property manager and has a great team on the ground.  I would be using his team but without him will need a reliable property management company to handle all bookings and stuff on the ground locally.  I am about an hour away and do not want to handle this.  I see good and bad things about Vacasa and Evolve, for instance.  70% great reviews in both cases, about 20% terrible.  Most issues around pricing and reimbursement issues or unclean properties or maintenance problems.

Who has experience with investing this way and is there actually a stellar property management company out there you all might recommend?  This is a large purchase for me and I don't want to consider it without a great property mgmt. company where customers will continue with same great level of service (and great reviews they leave as a result) from the current owner's way of doing it.

Thank you in advance for your experience.
