Long term VRBO vs Short term

Hello BP folks,

I have been looking for a VRBO home in Naples, FL for a few months with no luck. Finally thought we found one only to find out there were some HOA restrictions. Minimum 27day lease and max of three leases per year. Realtor says shouldn't be an issue because there are people that will rent for entire peak season. Anything above that is profit. Thoughts?

Thank you,
