Log Cabin STR, Insurance

Purchasing a log cabin and considering running it as a STR when we are not using it.

First: I am finding that some insurance companies will not insure a log cabin/log home.  

         Has anyone else experienced problems insuring a log home?  Its in Arkansas? 

Second: What insurance coverages are recommended if I elect to run as a short term rental?
