Maggie valley short term rental advice

I am trying to get my vacation home and want to use it for short term rentals when I am not around, like to get opinion how the cash flow and occupancy rates are, Mashvisor data show median of 2.5k but like to get community feedback. My main goal is to break even with my mortgage payment. TIA !!
