Hey everyone. Under contract my first property in the TN Smokys. Got over the first hurdle. Of the millions of questions I have, the first is about the incumbent PM. I'm early in the process so this may be premature, but whatever, I'm not shy to ask and learn from pros.

I have to stay with the incumbent PM for 60 days. I could share their name, but new to BP and will err on the side of caution. Are there any pitfalls? Should I expect any gotchas? Any general advice or experiences to share dealing with incumbent PMs? Any way to shorten that 60 days? I will be self-managing once I am out of that period. I'll take anything anyone has on the topic.

I'm sure this is a fairly common situation, I just want to be prepared. Thanks!
