Please join us for our monthly Jacksonville / Orange Park / Fleming
Island real estate networking lunch event held on the 4th Tuesday from 11:30am - 1pm. No cost to attend. We usually get between 20-40 people at each event.
Everyone pays for their own meal and the food is really good.
Always a lively discussion about flips, rehabs, Airbnbs, private lending, goal setting, good contractors and deals, deals, deals
Guest speaker - Kasandra Connatser (KJ), Senior Acquisitions Coordinator for
JWB Real Estate Capital - they've done over 700 deals this year
Topic: "Learn how investors and agents can make money by working or partnering with JWB"
The JWB Acquisitions team, which consists of KJ and two other teammates, closed over 735 properties in Jacksonville
this year. The JWB sales team is also on track to sell their 500th Turnkey property for the year by the end of October. JWB Property Management manages over 4000 properties locally in Jacksonville. JWB does purchase a large amount of properties by working with
wholesalers and real estate agents everyday but there are so many other opportunities to work with our team.
