Alex Winfield is a real estate agent, investor, speaker, and entrepreneur. Within the past 6 years, Alex has personally completed 2 and been associated with over 30 "House Hacks" and "House Hops" transactions. His knowledge of the local market, passion for REI, and experience with so many House Hacks has enabled him to coach his clients to successfully utilize this strategy.
Robert Hill has been a mortgage banker for almost 7 years. One of his specialties is in the area VA Loan, VArehab Loans, FHA203K, and Conv rehabs. He enjoys working through the process with his clients and loves watching the average person be able to utilize them to become investors.
