This month we will be featuring a deal analysis workshop! Bring you notepads and any questions you may have!

Jason and Jacee own both Creative & Thoughtful Investments as well as J&J Realty Group. They have been investing full time for over 5 years and are experienced in small to large scale rehabs, flips, rentals, and more. Jason specializes in structuring deals and creative financing. Jacee is a rehab expert as well as a real estate broker.

They will be discussing the numbers and details that go into making a good investment for flips and rental properties. Expect to learn about estimating rehab costs, calculating an accurate ARV, and putting all the details together in a proper way to be able to analyze them.

ABOUT US

We are a group of local real estate investors that meets every month. Our meeting is always free and our speakers are never there to pitch you on another "guru" style, expensive seminar/coaching program. At every meeting, we have a highly qualified speaker presenting on a different topic. Our speakers never hold back and do not finish with a pitch for another overhyped seminar/coaching program. Everyone of all investment experience is invited.

Although the meeting is free to attend, we ask that you please support our community and donate to the charity of the month.

After the meeting, many of us head out to dinner for late night networking. If you want to continue scheming on real estate more or just have the munchies, tag along!
