What is going on?! This is just to let you know that we will be having our event on (03-16) at the usual 7pm CST. So be sure to join in the conversation, this week we will be talking about…. Landlording: weird laws, weird situations, and anything that relates to the subject including best practice, how you collect rent, or maintenance requests, anything as complex or basic as you want to discuss as it pertains to this broad subject! Creative financing: Obviously we all have had to start somewhere, and weirdly most of the time that somewhere isn't the top. How have you had to get creative and make silver out of copper when you were getting started, or even now if you take any artistic liberty with your deal financing we would love to hear it!....so if you have any thoughts or experiences, crazy stories or just gripes, I’m sure they will be valuable to everyone joining in.
