Join us for our February 2021 meetup! Save the date on all future meetups as we meet every 2nd Wednesday each month. This month we will be meeting at one of our members 8-unit renovation projects. This building had a fire previously and now is in the beginning stages of renovation. If you like to see projects during a complete gut renovation, this is the place for you! Please click the "attend" button as soon as you can commit. We'd like to get a headcount so we know how many people might be attending.

For those of you who are thinking about joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! This is a no-pitch type meet-up, so no pressure, no formal talks, just a quick intro, and then we dive into deeper conversations on a personal level. We're here to meet other like-minded people to help those who are interested in investing in Buffalo. You will find information on everything real estate related such as: Wholesaling, Property Management, Construction, Attorneys, CPA's, How to find deals, Financing, Partnerships, etc.

We will gather and network from 6-6:30 pm and then spend 15 minutes doing a group conversation where each person will take about 30-60 seconds to quickly introduce themselves. Following the introductions, we will open up a group conversation.

Feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks and get comfortable with other like-minded people.
