Jesse Klinzing has worn a number of hats during her time in the real estate industry. She has been in construction, build outs, design, and renovations for over 20 years, hospitality for 15 years, and most recently begun representing PACE and USDA grants for the last 5 years. What is PACE? Property Assessed Clean Energy assessment that helps property owners make improvements to their property without spending precious capital. USDA grants are an untapped resource that many investors don’t consider because they know where to start. Jesse is going to show us how to utilize these resources on residential and commercial projects of all sizes.
In addition, she is currently working on a Section 8 village in Hallettsville, TX. The need to find other housing opportunities is extremely important as the housing market is in a crisis for middle income to low income. The prices of building materials have risen 100% and it’s becoming increasingly expensive to build. Jesse will share her experience and plans for this unique concept and discuss partnership options for similar projects here in the Austin area.
