2020 has been a crazy year to say the least particularly for real estate. We have seen the market freeze in early spring and settle a bit before taking off. Fair to say COVID has upended many of the traditional ways of doing real estate business (no open houses, no showings, no evictions, no foreclosures, moratoriums, less visits and interactions, so on and so forth). Lets wrap 2020 by putting our brains together and prepare for what's coming in 2021.

We will discuss:
* In depth analysis of the year 2020 - Trends of the listings & Sales activity in the Bay Area counties.
* Open mic event. Bring in any and all of your questions
