I'm a private lender in NC, and constantly receive loan requests (the bridge part) from borrowers who are enamored with the BRRRR strategy. It sounds so easy. It's not. Not only does the borrower have to wear so many different hats just to get to the refi step (acquisition, find funds, oversee the rehab, find the right tenant)....the borrower has to be knowledgeable about how to navigate the refi step and has to ask the right questions! Because I receive the same inquiries over and over, I decided to create a 7 minute video to save us private lenders time, and save borrowers time. I'd appreciate your feedback. Hope this helps.
