I like the way this group is evolving. I'd like to continue to steer it towards greater networking and education. As I said, I don't want us to become a drinking group with an investing problem, lol! With that being said, I'm welcome to any and all ideas on how we can continue to bring value to our meetings. Is there a particular topic we'd like to cover? There seemed to be a lot of interest in the 1031 exchange process. Maybe the BRRRR strategy? Tell me what you guys want to know more about and we can talk about it or find someone who can. Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks!
