Our October meet up will be digital this month as we shift during these changing times.

We hope you can join us from 6:00pm - 8:30pm pm on Wednesday, October 28th for a healthy discussion about real estate updates in the Houston area.

Our guest speaker will be Robert L. Hansen, a litigation associate at Hoover Slovacek. He represents corporations, landlords, property associations, community associations, and other businesses in various commercial disputes.

He received his law degree from the University of Houston and completed his undergrad at Utah State University. While in college Mr. Hansen served a 2-year religious mission in Manaus, Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese.

Robert will be speaking mostly about when real estate investors should consider forming an LLC, how to create it and what it takes to run it successfully without exposing yourself to unnecessary personal liability. He will also discuss the eviction process and how to make it less scary for new landlords to get rid of bad tenants.
