Kevin Jimeno is a real estate expert and entrepreneur in Miami, Florida. He jumped into real estate at the age of 20 and built his first mortgage business at the age of 25, a mortgage career with over $100+ million in closed deals.

Kevin has not only built a team of successful bankers and broker but also a full support staff of marketing experts, accounting magicians, and operation machines.

But when the economic crisis of 2008 hit, Kevin took a step back and began to study the market and patterns in his network of clients, close friends, and family.
