How has the Covid recession impacted the residential real estate market in Richmond?
What are successful investors on the ground doing to keep their properties occupied and cash flowing?
What might the rest of the year bring?
These questions and more will be answered in this free online event with one of the leading residential property managers in the Richmond Metro Area. Our speaker owns Real Property Management Richmond Metro, and has been active in this market for years. He manages a large portfolio of single family and multifamily real estate, both for his clients and his own investment portfolio.

This meeting is open to anyone - you do not need to live in Richmond to join us. Our market gets a lot of attention from out of area and out of state investors and we welcome you into our network.
That means you too, Northern Virginia and DC area investors! No need to make the drive down I-95 for this one.

We have to be careful to keep Zoom login info kind of close to the vest. You may have heard earlier this year about meetings being raided with (let's say) inappropriate material... well that happened to us once this summer because we made the mistake of posting the login information publicly.
