Troy Funk entered the real estate business, after graduating from Riverview High School in 1986.
In his 34 years in the business, he was affiliated with RE/MAX for approximately 16 years before leaving to be the "Mega Agent" that started Keller Williams Realty on the Water in downtown Sarasota. He later became the co-founder of Preferred Shore Real Estate and over a year ago was awarded to be the Broker Owner of Realty One Group for the Sarasota market. He is currently expanding his company into the Tampa market.
He has sold over 100 properties a year, multiple times and has owned up to 18 rental properties at one point. In his personal time, he enjoys volunteering and living a vegan lifestyle.
