City of Buffalo New York Meet up

Join us for our September 2020 meetup! Save the date on all future meetups as we meet every 2nd Wednesday each month. This month we will meet at the only pavilion located in Gratwick Park in North Tonawanda, NY. Please click the "attend" button as soon as you can commit. We'd like to get a headcount so we know how many people might be attending.

We are going to have a guest presenter this month. A Western New York eviction attorney will spend 10-15 minutes talking about the new tenant-landlord laws as well as the moratorium on evictions during COVID. We will then open up questions and answers as a group for the attorney to answer.

For those of you who are thinking about joining us for the first time, everyone is welcome! This is a no-pitch type meet-up, so no pressure, no formal talks, just a quick intro, and then we dive into deeper conversations on a personal level. We're here to meet other like-minded people to help those who are interested in investing in Buffalo. You will find information on everything real estate related such as: Wholesaling, Property Management, Construction, Attorneys, CPA's, How to find deals, Financing, Partnerships, etc.

This event will be outside under the pavilion however we should all be expected to follow the NYS guidelines as Covid-19 is still with us. Since we are outside at a park we will consider this a BYOB drinks and snacks as you would like.

We will gather and network from 6-6:30 pm and then spend 15 minutes doing a group conversation where each person will take about 30-60 seconds to quickly introduce themselves. Following the introductions, we will have our eviction attorney open up a group Q&A.
