Hi Everyone,

We were hosting 3 in-person meetups in MA each month (Lowell, Woburn, Salem) and we were trying to expand into NH. We moved everything over to virtual meetups in early March. We took a poll through our attendee's list and it seems like people are feeling comfortable to meet again but we are changing venues and format to try to make it as safe as possible for people to attend and connect.

We are going to be hosting an in-person meetup at Renegades PUB, a great spot with a large outdoor patio in Londonderry NH. We will be providing plenty of hand sanitizer, food/snacks and soft drinks for the group and there will be a cash bar.

If this location works out well we will try to make it a recurring monthly event and will bring in an experienced investor and/or a real estate professional in to talk to the group and share some knowledge.

If planning to attend please say so up above so we get a good head count and click "follow" so you'll get notified if I need to post some additional information about the event for the group.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again and hopefully some new faces, feel free to bring/invite people.
