Our guest speaker will be Ehab Shoukry, a full-time real estate investor who specializes in buying and renovating severely distressed properties and turning them into profitable short term and long term rentals. While working a full-time job, Ehab amassed several million dollars in rental real estate in just a few short years. Not only has Ehab been buying real estate with no money out-of-pocket, he has been able to get banks to give him tens of thousands of dollars at the completion of each of his rehabs.
