Hey I'm Nathan. I live in Denton and have been in the area my whole life. I've owned real estate in the area in the past but now have all my rentals out-of-state. I have not been able to find a RE Investor meetup that is getting together consistently, so I'm looking to get one started for the Denton County area. My hope is that we can move this to an in-person forum once we get past the Covid concerns.
Everyone is welcome. No agenda here other than to get everyone introduced and share where you're at in your real estate journey. Look forward to seeing everyone... if anybody shows up!
