He also collaborates directly with the organization’s senior leadership and Board of Directors on client related solutions, business development activities, growth strategy and other strategic initiatives such as the firm-wide implementation of technology-enabled sales tools. Justin focuses on real estate financing solutions, whether it be debt or equity.
