In this special never-before-taught class, Brian will give us an update on COVID-19 and the impact it has on real estate investors. We will be doing weekly updates before our regularly scheduled classes until the coronavirus drops in importance.

Then, after the COVID-19 update, James will go to freaky town discussing timing markets (real estate and stocks), real estate market cycles and then he will model investing now versus waiting for a dip to start investing in real estate. He will use advanced monte carlo modeling in the Real Estate Financial Planner™ software.
