Investor Meet Up in Mesa Arizona

Last month, Jason gave a very detailed description on how to use Zillow and Realtor.com to analyze property values and find market values which help investors make informed offers.

This month we are going to share how we got under contract to purchase 4 manufactured homes which should net us around a 200k profit within the next 3 years using little of our own money.  Anyone who is interested in learning how to do the BRRRLO model won't want to miss this month's meetup.  

As always, come and network and enjoy furthering your knowledge about real estate investing. We usually have between 20 and 40 investors attend so it is really a great place to network.

This meet up will start at 7:30 PM And will go and until 9:30 PM but some people stay until 10ish to network afterwards. The meetup is held at the same location in Mesa, Arizona. We look forward to seeing you there.
