They’ll address:

  • Where to spend your money.
Open floor plan? No-brainer. Kitchen and baths? Absolutely. But how
about a tray ceiling in the living and/or dining rooms? Does adding

that detail help sell the house, or is it just money taken out of your
      pocket?

      • The finishes buyers want.

Stay with gray paint or get colorful? White Shaker cabinets or
something else? Brushed nickel or oiled bronze? Granite or quartz
counterops? Stainless steel appliances, yes, but plain or black?
How much does all this matter?

      • How to estimate costs.

Per square foot, or line items, or a combo? And what about materials:
do you buy them or have your contractor do it? Mimmo and David have
      very different approaches here.

      • About your presenters.

Mimmo La Marra has quickly made his mark as a multi-strategy real
estate investor, with several successful rehabs under his belt.
He's also the Social Media Director of Baltimore REIA.
