We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and your New Year is off to a tremendous start!

H.I.T (Houston Investment Team) is a central (inner loop) meet up for Houston, Texas. The name H.I.T. was born out of the foundational idea that Bigger Pockets promotes being helpful to one another and being a "team" as we embark on, or further, our real estate investment journey.

This meetup is for distinguished investors and the newbie as we all have things to gain and learn from each other.

Our January meet up will be held at the Frontier Title Company. They graciously allow us to use their fantastic office and conference room with views of downtown and memorial park. There won't be any sales pitches, guru bs, or items for sale. This is purely a meet up for like-minded people looking to share and grow with others.

Our very own host, real estate professional and architect Matthew, will be kicking off 2020 as the speaker for the month of January. He will be diving deep into “The Millionaire Real Estate Investor” book by Gary Keller, and what it takes to finally get started, or to take your small portfolio to the next level. Join us in going over some common “myth-understandings” associated with investing, and hear some of his own stories + don’t miss the special surprise giveaway!
