This month we will be having Pat Gillespie join us!! Pat is the chief visionary, founder and president of Gillespie Group. Born and raised in Lansing, MI on Clemens Avenue, a graduate of Michigan State University, Pat holds Lansing and its success close to heart. Known for his multi-family and mixed-use developments in the Greater Lansing area and surrounding markets, Pat is a respected leader recognized for his focus, enthusiasm and ability to bring his unique perspective to life. He holds over 20 years in the industry and has advanced over 30 real estate developments. He is an advocate for urban renewal through activism and revitalization projects. Under Pat’s leadership, Gillespie Group has been at the forefront of development and property management, and is recognized as a driving force for progress in Lansing and throughout the state.
Pat will discuss creating the Stadium District in downtown Lansing. As well as their newest development, 600 E. Michigan Ave., Lansing a Meijer Urban Market (Capital City Market) and Marriott hotel. This development also includes some apartments.
This event is FREE. Tony M's does have a minimum dollar amount that must be spent to allow us to use the facility. So come hungry, come thirsty, and lets talk real estate.
